I’m Seth, and I’m a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor based in Nashville, Tennessee.

I work with artists, entrepreneurs, and other busy professionals and creatives — locally in Nashville, Tennessee and with clients worldwide.

My mission is simple: to help you achieve your goals with a proven, evidence-based approach to health and wellness.
